Renting the Corbin Pavilion


The Corbin Pavilion is the perfect location for birthday parties, cookouts, meetings, and even weddings.

This facility is an open-air 30' x 40' waterfront covered space that overlooks the Patuxent River to the west and the Drum Point Lighthouse to the east. 
  
The Corbin Pavilion features a large grassy area, rain garden, adjacent patio, lighting, sink with running water, easy access to power, 8 picnic tables, and private access directly from the road. 

The Corbin Pavilion can accommodate up to 75 people.

Rental Fees:

  • The rental fee includes set-up one hour prior to the event and clean-up one hour after the event. 
  • A $45/hour fee will be charged for events after hours and on the weekend and for additional hours of use.

Important Information:

  • Access to the museum is not included in the rental of the Corbin Pavilion. 
  • All trash must be removed by renter and the area returned to the condition it was found or a $200 clean-up fee will be charged to the renter's card. A dumpster is onsite for the trash.
  • Additional tables, chairs, linens, dishes, etc. are not provided by the museum.
