First Free Friday
First Free Friday takes place the first Friday of every month. The museum is open free to the public from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. There are always docents in every gallery, and frequently local performers will entertain. All performances are either free or on a donation basis, and are family friendly. Check the calendar for specific listings.
June 7: Museum is open and free to the public from 5 to 8 p.m. Calvert Dance Band will perform on the outdoor stage starting at 7:00 p.m. Bring a folding chair and summer picnic and enjoy the fun.
July 5: No First Free Friday - 3 Doors Down and Daughtry Concert.
August 2: No First Free Friday - Bad Company Concert.

September 6: Museum is open and free to the public from 5 to 8 p.m. Navy Sea Chanters will perform on the outdoor stage starting at 6:30 p.m. Bring a folding chair and summer picnic and enjoy the fun.
From June – September the Drum Point Lighthouse is open. Free 30 minute cruises on the Wm. B. Tennison are available May, June and September, sponsored by Dennis and Jan Biennas and M&T Bank.
In December, the Christmas Walk coincides with First Free Friday and the museum is open from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m., both Friday and Saturday, the first full weekend in December.
