Education
The Calvert Marine Museum’s educational programs are designed to help you get the most out of the museum’s exhibits. We offer programs for all ages, from toddlers to seniors. Come and let us help you explore everything we have to offer in a more in-depth, and always entertaining way. We offer school programs, off-site outreach, summer camps – every way we can think of to get you engaged in this special and dynamic place.
Our museum educators are experienced with all ages and we are happy to adapt our programs to fit the specific developmental needs of your group or class.

Teachers & Groups
Whether you are interested in a self-guided group visit or a structured school field trip, we want to make your trip as exciting and productive as possible. Please explore the many options we offer through the museum-based and field-based programs. The museum is handicap accessible with the exception of the Drum Point Lighthouse.
Groups may eat at available picnic tables outside. In the case of inclement weather, other arrangements may be made to eat inside the museum. There are a number of affordable dining options in the area. For information, go to our Food and Lodging information page.
